Syro (Tribe Media LLC) Affiliate Agreement - Empowering brands with AI-driven digital marketing tools
Welcome to the Syro Affiliate Program. By enrolling in the Syro Affiliate Program ("Program"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Affiliate Agreement"). Please read these terms carefully before participating in the Program.
To join the Program, you must sign up through the Tolt affiliate program platform. Syro may reject your application at its sole discretion if it determines that your site or promotional method is unsuitable for the Program.
As a member of the Syro Affiliate Program, you agree to:
Use the Program in a lawful manner and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Avoid any misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive practices.
Refrain from sending unsolicited commercial emails (spam).
Only use Syro's trademarks and branding in accordance with provided branding guidelines or with prior written consent.
Affiliates may promote Syro products using a wide range of methods, including but not limited to:
Content on your website or blog.
Posts or promotions on social media platforms.
Email marketing (must comply with all applicable laws, including anti-spam regulations).
Webinars, podcasts, and other online events.
Paid advertising (including Google Ads, social media ads, or other paid search engine advertising).
Content marketing such as articles, reviews, tutorials, and demonstrations.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of any earned commissions:
Engaging in misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive promotions regarding Syro products.
Offering unauthorized third-party incentives (e.g., rebates, coupons, discounts) to encourage sales.
Utilizing cookie stuffing, hidden iframes, or other methods intended to manipulate commissions.
Promoting content that violates Syro’s brand guidelines.
6.1 Commission Rates
Affiliates earn commissions on qualified sales made through their unique affiliate links. The current commission rate is listed on the Syro affiliate program page.
6.2 Payment Schedule
Commissions are paid monthly, approximately 30 days after the end of the month in which a qualified sale is made, provided the minimum payout threshold has been met.
6.3 Minimum Payout
Affiliates must reach a minimum commission balance of $20 before payments are issued. If this balance is not met, earnings will roll over to the next month.
6.4 Refunds
If a customer’s purchase is refunded, the corresponding affiliate commission will be deducted from the affiliate's balance.
This Agreement will begin upon acceptance of your application and will continue until terminated by either party. Syro or the affiliate may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
Upon termination, you must remove all references and links to Syro from your promotional materials. Any pending qualified commissions will be paid out during the next payment cycle, provided there has been no breach of the Affiliate Agreement.
You and Syro (Tribe Media LLC) are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. You have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on behalf of Syro.
Syro shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program. Syro’s aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program shall not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement.
Syro makes no express or implied warranties or representations regarding the Program or any products sold through the Program. Syro does not guarantee that the operation of its website or affiliate links will be uninterrupted or error-free, and will not be liable for any consequences of interruptions or errors.
Syro reserves the right to modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement at any time at its sole discretion. This may include changes to the commission structure, payment procedures, or rules for affiliates. You will be notified of changes, and continued participation in the Program after modifications are posted will indicate your acceptance of the updated terms.
This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Syro (Tribe Media LLC) is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
